►Our products are all handmade by us, for you. This product is made from Premium Veg Tan Leather. Vegetable tanned leather produces a firmer feel in the leather, that we soften with age and use. Vegetable tanned leather has a wonderful natural quality, that when dyed can highlight scars and skin traits adding to the uniqueness of your product. Your Product will vary from the what is shown in the photo as every piece of leather is unique. This ads to the character of your product.

►It is good practice to avoid prolonged exposure of water to your leather. Our products are treated with a water resistant finish and conditioner not waterproof. Over time excessive exposure to water will rob the leather of oils and cause it to become stiff and even brittle if the water is hot, it can even discolor your product or misshape it.

We use Top Grain leather and Full Grain leather, what most people do not realize is "genuine" leather is actually a grade of leather and it is the 2nd lowest quality grade right above bonded leather. Unfortunately in the industry its been used as a way to sell items, since the term implies it being real leather, which it is just its low quality and grade.

When you select a neck measurement for your dog we take that measurement and make it the center hole (3rd hole) out of 6 holes. That way there is room for adjustment either way. Each hole is space ¾ of a inch apart. For example if your dogs neck is 20 inches, the collar will go from 18½ to 21½ inches (with 20 inches being the center hole) It is important that you give the dogs actual neck size where a collar would sit comfortable snug but not tight. If your dog is still growing let us know we can extra even more holes or we can suggest adjustments. Contact us if there is any concerns or questions.

Widths: All our collars have images of the width with a ruler. It is up to the buyer to view these images. There is also a description of the width as well. We cannot be responsible for you not reading or seeing these images.
Length: It is up to the buyer to measure their pets neck correctly. If unsure we can provide directions please ask. However in the end it is up to the buyer to provide and double check their measurements. We cannot be responsible if the buyer errors in measuring.

Since we have no control over the large range of conditions under which the purchaser, stores, handles, cares and the environment they are subject to (especially collars) we cannot offer a warranty. This would include any changing of the colors, as we do not make the dyes, as well as real leather will continue to change. Also since most items are personalized we cannot do refunds or exchanges as shown in our shop policy.

However if there is an error made that is our part such as a spelling error on your item, we will correct the matter. If an item breaks such as a rivet, this could of been a defective rivet, we can arrange for helping you on the matter.
Our aim is to make a quality product from the start to avoid any issues.
