Shipments will be made by:
- DHL EXPRESS / FEDEX for international shipments.
- CORREOS EXPRESS for domestic shipments (Spain).

We will only ship to the address listed on Etsy, please keep this information updated. In case you need your order to be shipped to another address, please let me know as soon as possible so I can make the change in time.

If the destination address is incorrect and the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to origin and will not be delivered to the customer unless the shipping cost paid again.

*** Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss of value.

If the mobile is to give away on a specific date (a birth, a baptism, a birthday ...) I would appreciate it if you included in the same order in a note or comment to the seller, the date you have in mind to confirm that it is possible. I will always keep you informed throughout the process.

If you wish I can include in the article packaging a personalized text to dedicate to that person you wish to give as a present. You must include the text you want to include in the dedication card (maximum 40 words), in a note to the seller when making your purchase.

Each paper mobile is delivered completely assembled in a very special packaging and perfectly packaged for shipping and transport!

The baby mobiles can be purchased in two different sizes: small and large size

Yes, all mobile models in the store can be personalized with the baby's name!

The name will be hung on a special piece in the center of the wooden structure. It can be in the form of a cloud, arrow, or other design depending on the mobile model. You can ask me if you have any questions about this.

To personalize your mobile with a specific name you must write me a "note to the seller" when making your purchase detailing the baby's NAME.

The mobiles of "sonrisas de Papel" are NOT designed as toys for the little ones. They are articles intended for use as decoration, and must be securely fixed out of the reach of children.

When created with pieces of paper should be handled carefully to avoid suffering any kind of damage.

For maintenance and care you can carefully clean with a soft cloth to avoid dust accumulation.
Do not expose to moisture or sudden drafts.

Sonrisas de papel is a personal brand and each paper creation is handmade in my workshop located in Madrid. Each order is made individually, I elaborate each decoration object by means of high quality paper cuts and created one by one by hand by me with a lot of love and care.

The time I need to prepare an order for shipment may vary. See each item for more information.

All mobiles can be customized in colors or different patterns from the original. You can let me know what specific colors you want. Or you can tell me your baby´s room color and I advise you on the options to choose. For any special and personalized request you must specify it in the "message to seller" section when making your purchase.

If you wish, you can also customize the mobile with the baby's name. You must include the "baby's name" in a note to the seller when making your purchase.

If you wish to exchange or return your order please contact me within 7 days from the date of delivery of your package. Items must be returned within 14 days after delivery.
