Each topper is crafted in Toronto, Canada. We have 8 year experience creating personalized items for you 😊

PRODUCT DETAILS:
We have a wide variety of materials and sizes you can choose from the drop down menus. All of our toppers are cut in 6mm wood, and 3mm acrylic or mirror acrylic.

PRODUCTION:
We will ship your item in 2-6 business days if all the customization information is complete when you checkout. If there´s missing information your item might be delayed.
*If you need this for a specific date please ask if this is feasible before buying*

Delivery times depends on the type of shipping you paid. We do our best to ship your orders within a short time, so the rest is in the post office hands. If you have not received your order within 3-4 weeks please contact us. Lost packages or packages arriving late won´t be refunded (depending on the item we offer a free replacement, not all apply).

All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3 - 10 business days for me to design, assemble, and package your item(s) before it is ready to be shipped.

All items are made to order, which means that each item is custom made just for you! Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on custom, made to order items.

If you receive an item that has been damaged while in transit, please contact me within 24-hours, as well as send me a photo of the item and packaging so that we can work together to come to a solution on a case-to-case basis.
