This piece has multiple wear options. Wear it as a sparkling wrap bracelet, extra long necklace, or as a double strand necklace. You can even add a pendant to it and make your own combinations.
The beads in this necklace are natural black spinel stone. They are micro facet cut in perfect 2mm unison. The clasp and adjustment chain are solid sterling silver.

The deep black and high polish facets of this stone deliver a sparkle similar to black diamonds. The still images from the camera doesn't quite capture the movement of the sparkles but I'm confident this will impress in person.

This looks great as a stand alone necklace and it can also accommodate most any pendant.
To wear this as a bracelet, we've found the best way to put it on is to hold the clasp with a finger against the lower palm of your hand while wrapping the stones snugly around the wrist. The tail has an adjustable chain length to create the correct fit for your wrist. Shake or fluff the bracelet to balance the tension of the wraps and its ready to go!

Spinel:
Black spinel is relatively unheard of to the common consumer and has not yet been marketed by any major gem companies yet. Black Spinel is only found in a few locations in the world, and because of its rarity, if the demand were to rise, supply would not be abundant enough to keep up with it.
It is mostly found growing with ruby and sapphire. Although they are not related, Black spinel accepts a high luster polish you'd expect of a sapphire or ruby.

Folklore
Spinels are associated with love and help the wearer to put their ego aside and become devoted to another person. Spinel also encourages passion and is said to increase the duration of one's life.

Black Spinel in particular is said to be a protective stone and helps re-establish relationships and resolve issues. It is also believed to relieve sadness.

Ive been wearing this piece for about 3 months now, and I wear this piece HARD. It adds a nice sparkle and adds interest and dimension to my silver bangle stacks. I usually wear it as a wrap on my wrist, or as a tight choker. When I wear it on my wrists, I have a habit of leaving it on for DAYs. I even shower with it on. When I first got the necklace, the beads were nice and tight. I’ve developed a bit of a gap on the wire, about a half inch long. But you can’t tell when you are wearing it. Also, I pull and tug on the wire a lot. Honestly, it’s held up great for what I put it through
