Orders are dispatched within 1 - 2 days unless stated otherwise.

We use the Royal Mail First Class service for UK orders (sale items are shipped via Royal Mail Second Class) and the International Standard service for non-UK orders. Standard shipping is untracked.
Royal Mail estimated delivery times from date of posting are:
UK First Class - 1 to 2 working days
UK Second Class - 2 to 3 working days
Europe - 3 to 5 working days **
Rest of the World - 6 to 7 working days **

** Please note that shipping times can vary depending on how long the postal system in your country holds an item at customs for inspection. The majority of deliveries arrive within 7 working days but there are rare occasions where it can take much longer.

All orders are shipped by Royal Mail. The standard shipping options are untracked.
- We offer a guaranteed next working day delivery option for UK customers (if ordered before 10am). We advise customers who are unable or unwilling to use their order for a later occasion (in the event of delayed post) to upgrade to this service instead of relying on the free standard shipping service.
- We offer a tracked delivery option for international customers - please note it is not a quicker service.
Royal Mail only considers mail as lost if it is not delivered within 11 working days (First Class UK mail), 25 working days (mail to the EU) and 32 working days (mail to the US).

We care about the planet very much.
- Our greeting cards are printed on FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) Certified card stock - this means our card comes from responsibly managed forests
- All our envelopes are made from either recycled paper or FSC Certified materials
- All of our products are printed here in the UK and the printing company we work with is an FSC Certified company

The majority of our cards are sent "naked" with no single-use plastic. Personalised cards are sent in compostable and biodegradable cellophane bags for extra protection, but we would be happy to send these out "naked" if requested

We would be delighted to send your card directly to its recipient. All you have to do is choose the "Yes - Send To Them" option in the drop down menu when purchasing your card and include your message in the "Add Your Personalisation" text box. We will print your message inside the card. Don't forget to enter the recipient's name and shipping details when checking out!

- You have 14 days from the date you received your order to notify us that you wish to return it.
- Please contact us before returning the item and please note that personalised products cannot be returned.
- Note that the colour of a product may vary between computer screens and the physical item. A slight variation in colour isn't considered a faulty or damaged item.
- Unless otherwise agreed, you cover the cost of the return.
- If your order is returned in perfect condition then we will provide a refund of the full cost, including any original shipping costs of standard delivery (but not the costs of returning the item, as above).
- We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable.

- To make a return, send us an Etsy message with your order number and details of the items that you wish to return
- You have a further 16 days following the end of the 14 day cancellation period to return the item
- You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment. We strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged
- If possible, please provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment.
- If a return is shipped internationally, mark as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any Customs charges. We are not responsible for any Customs charges imposed on returned packages
- If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product

You might have noticed references to GSM in the product descriptions and wondered what GSM means. GSM stands for Grams per Square Meter and the higher the GSM number, the heavier and thicker the paper. All our greeting cards and wall prints are printed on 300 GSM FSC-certified card stock. To give you an idea of the quality of paper we use, standard A4 printing paper which you might be familiar with is 80 GSM.
