Ingredients: Organic Dried Motherwort, Organic Dried Crampbark, Organic Dried Raspberry Leaf, Organic Dried Partridgeberry, Organic Dried Chamomile, Organic Dried Catnip

Suggested Use: Use 1 tsp. of tea per cup of hot water! Cover to prevent nutrients escaping in the steam. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Drink 1-3 cups daily.

However, herbs are potent medicines and must be respected. Therefore, great caution is advised when using herbs during pregnancy, especially during the first trimester.

Each blend was carefully and thoughtfully created and mixed by our Traditional Herbalist. The herbs were selected to capture all the healing properties needed, whilst also having a pleasant, balanced drinking taste.

Packaged in a lined kraft paper bag that is compostable/biodegradable once the metal tie is removed.
