We have many other shapes not yet listed. While it will be a process to have all of our shapes listed, it never hurts to ask us, as we just might have what you're looking for. If we do, we will create a new listing for you. The extra push from our customers is very much welcomed.

In some colors, yes, we can supply larger pieces. At this time, our largest listing is 11 x 17", but if you would like a larger piece, just let us know the color(s) and size(s) you have in mind and we can let you know if it's possible by custom order.

In most cases, regular shipping takes anywhere from a few days to 1 week from the ship date. Please allow up to 12 business days, as there can sometimes be delays with the postal system that are out of our control. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be prepared on our end. If you are in a rush, please upgrade to priority express (USA and international) or xpresspost (Canada) during checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: We ship from Canada and it does take a day or two for our items to get through customs and across the border via our carrier. Orders with tracking will take a day or two to show up in the system.

USA:
We ship orders to USA by USPS for a flat rate of $3 no matter how much you buy with regular shipping. Upgrade to Priority w/ tracking during checkout for just $2 more, or to Priority Express w/ tracking for an additional $27 for rush shipping.

CANADA:
We ship orders to Canada by Canada Post for a flat rate of $3 no matter how much you buy with regular shipping. Upgrade to Expedited w/ tracking during checkout for an additional $7, or to Xpresspost w/ tracking for an additional $27 for rush shipping.

INTERNATIONAL:
We ship other orders by USPS for a flat rate of $8 no matter how much you buy. You may upgrade to Priority w/ tracking during checkout for $2 more, or to Priority Express w/ tracking for an additional $27 for rush shipping.

Orders shipping to USA will NOT be charged duty or customs fees. Yay! We ship via USPS as we live right by the BC / Washington border, and it will seem as if you are purchasing from a supplier in the United States. If you are located outside of Canada or USA, please know that you may incur additional duties based on your country.

Each listing has the dimensions listed right in the description. To view the dimensions, please click +more link to see the additional information. Additionally, each listing includes at least one photo with a ruler to show the dimension and at least one photo with a hand to visually demonstrate the scale.

Please be sure to select the number of holes from the drop down menu that you wish to have us add for you, along with your order of shapes. You can find details regarding the size and location of the holes we will punch for you on that listing. If you are local to us and would like to pick up your order from our studio in Mission BC, please use coupon code LOCALPICKUP and the shipping cost will be waived. After your order is placed, you will be contacted within 48 hours with pick up details.

If you have placed your order, and it has not yet shipped, you are welcome to add to your order with coupon code ADDTOORDER to have the shipping on your subsequent order(s) waived. We will then ship your orders together within 48 hours of the last order placed. It's also a good idea to message us if you choose to do this.
