Custom and personalised orders

All of our orders are personalised to the wording you supply when you place your order - please ensure you only supply the words you want to appear on your printed materials. Any of our designs can be requested in another product type - eg: Menu, order of service, save the date, pick a seat signs, place cards etc. Please note, once you place an order, and we complete work to proof stage, you will be charged for work already done in preparing your artwork, if you then cancel your order. PLEASE read product descriptions carefully - we accept no responsibility if you order the wrong item. Our work is personalised to your supplied wording, and so can't be returned for reselling to another customer.

Can I return my order?

Unfortunately, personalised orders using your supplied wording, cannot be returned.

We do accept bespoke/custom orders. Please contact us with your idea (invitations, signs, seating plan, booklets, etc) and we'll quote the design and print cost for you. Please note, during peak wedding season, we could have a lead time of 4 weeks on bespoke orders.

What's the best way to view my proof?

We advise customers to download the image onto a desktop or laptop computer. The images on our listings are a good indication of colour when printed. Unfortunately, we have no control over how mobile devices (phones or tablets) or etsy's messaging system display proofs - the colours can appear very poor when viewed in Etsy messenger or on mobile devices. Online images and printed images use different colour processes, (RGB screen and CMYK printing) so you'd also never compare a printed product with an on screen image.

Can I cancel my order?

Providing we haven't already completed the artwork for your order, then yes. If we have already worked on on your order, you will be charged for the work we've already done - this is to cover our time in preparing your artwork. To avoid cancellations, please read the product descriptions carefully - unfortunately we can't accept responsibility if you order the incorrect item.

Are designs only available in the items listed?

All of our designs are available in the complete range of wedding stationery and on the day signage and seating plans etc Simply send us details of the item you're looking for, plus the quantity you need, and we'll quote the cost for you: Order of service, order of the day, in memory signs, wedding favour cards, save the dates, evening invitations, day invitations, place cards, table names, table numbers, welcome signs, seating plans, seating plan cards, menus etc If your order of service or order of the day is in booklet format, please indicate your preferred size (A6 or A5 booklet) and how many pages (4, 8, 16, 24, 32 etc)

How should I supply my information to you?

Please supply your info in a simple list. No bullets or punctuation please. Your list should look like the example here: Top table Name Name Name Table One Name Name Name etc

Do you design and print anything else?

Yes! Our Etsy shop focuses on wedding stationery, but we're an established design and print studio with over 30 years experience. We have many corporate and registered charity clients. We design and print everything from business stationery to newsletters and magazines, exhibition stand materials, catalogues and more!

How are greetings cards printed and finished?

Our greetings cards are digitally printed. Some are printed onto textured card, then creased and folded.

Once you've placed your order, contact us with your wording.

We'll then send you a jpg proof, which we'll need you to approve for print.
We won't print unless we've received your approval to do so.

DESPATCH IS WITHIN 5 - 7 FULL WORKING DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR APPROVAL TO PRINT OF THE PROOF.
Artwork creation and proofing time is on top of this - typically 2 - 3 working days, but during busy periods, this may take a little longer.

We also do welcome signs, invitations and other stationery to match our seating plans.

T&Cs
We will not start work until full payment has been made. You will be subject to a cancellation fee if you cancel your order after payment has been made, as work may have already started on your sign. Once a sign has been completed, this cannot be refunded or exchanged.

All items are carefully packed for posting and sent via courier.

We cannot take responsibility for late arrivals caused by the courier, or other circumstances out of their control (such as delays due to weather).

If there is a problem with your order then please get in touch - we'll do our very best to resolve the issue. The signs are fragile by nature, so damage caused by improper opening of the package, improper handling or misuse (including dropping or scuffing) does not qualify a sign for a refund or replacement, however, if damage is caused by the courier, we can make a claim against the courier and resupply your board, PROVIDING you supply photos of BOTH the damaged board AND the damaged packaging with the address label CLEARLY visible.

We cannot replace your item if theft occurs after delivery. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, we cannot offer a return policy, as orders are produced to you own personalised text. If we make a mistake that is unrelated to your supplied text, we will of course, reprint your sign free of charge.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund your order, in whole or in part, or deny business to anyone for any reasonable cause.
Please note: Up to three proofs of your wording are included in the price. If you need more proofs then these will be charged at £15 per proof and relate to changes to your wording only, and NOT to the overall design of the item listed.
If you want to change the design of the item listed, please ask for a quote as this would then become a bespoke order.
