♥ How long will it take you to process my order?
We are happy to provide you with a quick turnaround. All custom orders will be processed in 24-48 business hours. Please note orders are not processed on the weekend (family time!). Processing time starts when you submit your personalization details.
♥ How do I print my order?
It's up to you whether or not you would like to 1) print on your home printer, or 2) send to a print shop (FedEx, Staples, etc). We will provide both types of files with your purchase so you can achieve the best result no matter which method you choose.
♥ Can you print my order for me?
Sorry, we do not offer printing services at this time!
♥ Can you create a custom design for me?
Yes, depending on what you need, we are happy to offer custom design services. Please send us a message so we can provide you a quote. Note that custom designs will take longer than the standard 24-48 business hour processing time and could take up to a week or more.
♥ What if I want to change the customization information I sent you, or I'm not happy with how the design looks?
One free round of revisions is included in your design. For example, if we send the completed design back over to you and you realize you provided the wrong date to be listed on the invitation, or you are not happy with the alignment or size of certain text, we will revise at no charge.
It's important to request all your changes at the same time so that they are included in the free round of revisions. Any further rounds of revisions will be charged $5 USD per revision.
