I ordered this as a gift for a boy who just had a birthday but is also getting a little sister TODAY! They immediately sent a message asking for additional detail to make the book perfect. I shipped it to my house bc it was part of a large order; due to unforeseen circumstances with USPS (nothing to do with the seller) it was returned. I reached out and they responded in a timely manner. They were very accommodating and were able to reship it directly to my friend in case there was another mix up at USPS. I definitely recommend this shop, their punctuality, kindness and attention to detail really warms my heart. And Grayson loves his personalised book! I know you can’t see his face, but she’s smiling as big as the emoji!
