We guarantee our processing times, but we do not guarantee delivery dates. We make every effort to get your package to you as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery window or date given by Etsy is not a guarantee of the delivery date, it is just an estimated time frame or day. USPS does not guarantee delivery on any First Class, or Priority package which is why we are unable to. Etsys estimated time frame often does account for a variety of factors such as busy seasons, weather delays etc.

Decal Application Instructions

1) Clean the area you wish to apply it thoroughly. Using rubbing alcohol is best to avoid residue. 2) Firmly rub a credit card across the clear transfer tape. This removes any air bubbles that may have formed in transit. 3) Peel the back liner paper off the decal. If the decal clings to the backing, slowly replace the backing and repeat step 2 4) Slowly lower the decal onto the surface and rub it into place firmly with the credit card. 5) Slowly peel the transfer tape off at an angle. If the sticker pulls away from the surface repeat step 4. TIP: For slightly rough surface, odd angles, or really cold weather. Warming up the surface prior to applying the decal with a blow dryer may help application.

Items Damaged In Shipping

While it’s rare, we all know accidents happen. Should your product arrive damaged we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Message me with a photo of the broken item, as well as images of all packing materials and box it shipped in, clearly showing tracking numbers; rest assured we will work with you to get it replaced promptly.

What do I do when order shows it’s been delivered but I didn’t get it?

Your order may be marked delivered and not arrive for another 1-2 business days (M-F). Should your order not arrive within that 1-2 business day window please send us a message letting us know it hasn’t arrived. We will then request the GPS Tracking from your local post office. This is different then your regular tracking as it records exactly where your package was scanned by recording the mail carrier’s latitudes and longitude. Should this show it was delivered to any address other then the one it was suppose to go we will be happy to rush out a replacement. Should it show it was delivered to your address we will replace your package at our discretion. NO REFUNDS ON ORDERS SHOWING DELIVERED ONLY REPLACEMENTS ARE PROVIDED AT OUR DISCRETION
