Shipping DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING and is shipped with Canada Post via Small Packet International Air. This method can often take 4-6 weeks, sometimes longer.

Shipping upgrades with tracking and express delivery are available.

As each transaction is a sale of goods, buyers are responsible for paying any duties and taxes on shipments once imported into their own country. As a seller, I have no control over the amount of duties and taxes that the importing country will charge, if any. Returns will not be accepted for refusal to pay such duties/taxes.

Most orders will be handmade within 3-5 business days after payment has been received. Custom orders may require a longer processing time. See item description for processing times. Please contact us for rush orders. A rush order fee is available. For shipping times, see FAQ's.

I am happy to accommodate different lengths of hair accessories. Choose size in the drop down menu or send me a message if you require a size option different than the ones listed.

How to determine the length/size required for your hair piece:

1) Take a ribbon (or string) and place it on your hair or around your head, depending on your hairstyle.
2) Measure the ribbon (or string) to find the length required for your order.
3) If the length you need is not in the options, send me a message. l will add it so that you can make your order.

- Store in a dry, safe place when not in use such as a closed box or bag
- Keep away from moisture or direct contact with lotions, perfume, or hairspray
- Please handle with care and avoid dropping
- All hair accessories are packaged in a sturdy box to ensure your hair piece stays safe until your special day.

Please contact us prior to purchase, if your event is rapidly approaching. We are able to accommodate most rush orders. A rush order fee can be added to your cart and purchased along with your items. This fee will bump your order to the front of the line and reduce the processing time to 1-2 business days. This rush order fee is for PROCESSING TIME ONLY and does not affect the delivery method chosen at checkout.
