Terms of Service
1st General:
The following terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between nähfein and consumers who buy my products through the Etsy platform.

Consumers within the meaning of these terms and conditions is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither their commercial nor their independent professional activity can be attributed. Entrepreneur in the sense of these terms and conditions is any natural or legal person or a legal partnership that acts in the execution of a legal transaction in the exercise of their independent professional or commercial activity.

conclusion
The conclusion of the contract via the Etsy website is governed by Section IV of the General Terms and Conditions for the use of Etsy's Internet Platforms. There, the contract is regulated as follows:

"If a member, as a seller, sets up an item or service description, it makes a firm offer that any other member can purchase the item or service for the price quoted. The conclusion of the contract is concluded when another member (buyer) clicks on the button provided for this purpose (currently: "to be paid") and confirms the process. "

For the submission of his offer, the customer clicks on the product page of the seller at Etsy either on the button "Add to cart" or on the button "go directly to checkout" and then goes through the order steps specified by Etsy. In the last step of the ordering process, the customer clicks on the button "order to pay", whereby the order process is completed. The contract text is stored by the seller and sent to the customer after conclusion of the contract in text form as an e-mail. The terms and conditions and customer information of the seller can be viewed in the seller's Etsy shop, but this can also be sent to a separate request, again by electronic means (e-mail). In addition, the contract will be archived at Etsy and can be accessed by the customer via his password-protected customer account at Etsy free of charge.

The customer can correct his input before submitting his order using the technical means provided by Etsy. The corrections can be made using the usual keyboard and mouse functions directly on the supply page in the corresponding input fields.
The contract language is exclusively German or English as agreed.

Order processing and contacting take place via e-mail and automated order processing via the system technology provided by Etsy. The customer must ensure that the e-mail address provided by him for processing the order is correct, so that the e-mails sent by the seller can be received at this address.

Consumers are in principle entitled to a right of withdrawal. Further information on the right of revocation results from the information listed under "Withdrawal" of the seller.

2nd Prices:
The indicated prices are final prices in Euro.

3rd payment
Payment in advance is expected within 10 days of purchase of the item. If after 30 days without any contact no payment has been made, forfeits the right to the order.

Please note: When paying in advance, I can start processing only after receipt of payment. For time-critical orders, I recommend another payment method, thank you. The bank details are automatically communicated after completion of the order. The delivery of the goods takes place as soon as possible after payment of the invoice amount on my account. When paying please always specify the Etsy purchase number or order number, which guarantees a faster allocation to your purchase.

4th Delivery & shipping costs
The delivery of the goods takes place as soon as possible after payment of the invoice amount on my account.
The delivery time of the products depending on the product specified working days and will be shipped with the Deutsche Post or via DHL. Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the item.
When sending the goods I use appropriate boxes, which are selected depending on the size. In addition, the items are securely and nice packaged so they are protected against external damage and moisture.

5th Retention of title
Until full payment, the goods remain the property of nähfein.
