Before submitting the order, double check to ensure that the shipping address is correct. If you are sending a gift, please enter the address of the recipient as the shipping address for the order.
Note that multiple addresses cannot be included in a single order, so in such case, place separate orders for each recipient

Damaged Items:If you receive a damaged item, it's crucial to retain the entire packaging and the item until UPS contacts you. Within 3 days of receiving a damaged product, kindly provide us with photos of both the damaged item and the packaging, along with the buyer's phone number. Failure to report within this time frame may result in UPS not accepting any subsequent claims regarding the issue.

Production Time: Orders will be engraved within 1-2 business days. If a proof is requested, an additional 1-2 days may be needed.

Shipping Time: Shipping via UPS takes 2 to 5 days. Please note that this timeline may vary during high seasonal periods.
