3 out of 5 starsI found that the ornament wasn't of the same artistic and technical skill as I was expecting based on the samples on Etsy. I was a bit hesitant to still give it to my boyfriend as a gift, but I did and he enjoyed it. I also didn't get replies to 1 or 2 of my messages to the artist.

Shipping took much longer than Etsy predicted despite spending $30 on express shipping. While the seller is clearly talented and painted my ornament beautifully, it didn’t look quite how I’d described. Next time I would ask for a proof of the custom order before purchasing to ensure we were both on the same page.

I loved my ornament, and it came out even better than the pictures convey! I sent him a few images of The NoMad NYC Hotel as New York was the first trip my partner and I took together, and The NoMad was where we said "I love you" for the first time, and it was the perfect gift. Thank you so much.
