Very well made and The Lizton Sign Shop folks were very happy to customize this sign for me - changing the "BEACH" to the name of the town we live in. It was a little more "distressed" with black age marks than showed in the photograph and not quite as bright color wise, but the sign looks great and is serving us very well. We have it on a wall inside...and it is actually covering a large opening that has the tankless hot water heater valves, etc... So now we have the best of both worlds - something fun and attractive to look at that covers an unsightly plumbing situation! Very good customers service, too!
