All my packages are shipped tracked. I do not issue refund for postal errors.

Once the postal service provider marks the package status as DELIVERED (front porch, mailbox, garage, front desk, in person etc...) it is considered DELIVERED.

There will be no refund for mail rejected by the postal service provider nor for mail rejected by the customer and returned to sender (e.g. You moved and did not update your Etsy shipping address; Your Etsy shipping address is a business address but it does not include the company name; Your international address format was invalid; delivery or pickup notice card left, but you didn’t pickup the item; you refuse to pay customs fees)

Packages stuck in transit will be treated on a case by case basis

There could be multiple reasons for receiving postal service notice cards, Here are several examples:

A delivery attempt was made, but no one was available to accept the package. The postal service usually leaves a “where to pickup package” notice

A delivery attempt was made but there was no access to the building (e.g business closed for the night). The postal service usually attempts to re-deliver the next business day

You’ve instructed the local post office to hold off delivering packages and need to arrange a pickup

You are an international customer, you are being notified of customs and duty fee charges

There will be no refund issued for packages that were refused by the customer nor for packages that were failed to be picked up

SAYITonGIFTS (SAYITonMETAL) is located in Toronto Canada but all US shipments are sent out from Niagara Falls, New York. Once shipped, your package should be received in 5-10 business days, and TRACKING is INCLUDED!

All international packages are shipped tracked. International estimated shipping time is 4-8 weeks. If your package is held in your country’s customs there may be additional shipping delays.

Each country has its own custom and import policies. Please be aware of those policies as you will be responsible to pay any additional custom fees and import taxes that may apply at your country.
