SHIPPING AND TURN AROUND TIMES:

- Turn around time until dragon ships: 3 days unless we communicate otherwise
- Shipping: We use Letter Mail service with Canada Post to ship the dragons. This level of service is not tracked, but saves the customer greatly on shipping cost.

- Typical shipping within Canada takes up to 6 days, to the US takes up to 10 days. For other
countries shipping could take 3 plus weeks depending on your location.

- Packaging: Your dragon will be flat packed and place in an envelope in order to keep the
parcel within the thickness allowance for letter mail service.
