The material, the customer service was splendid I did order twice bc of my fault in the address but the buyer was so nice and answered all of my questions and once I had the correct address it shipped quickly and the little girl loved it!

I had to back down on bunny ears and tail as my daughter wanted the coat to be for Allegra to wear to playschool. We love the coat so much! Beautifully made with such high quality fabric. Hoping to order pinafores.
