All Ferko’s Fine Jewelry styles are carefully handmade in our NYC Studio.

Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 7-10 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship your order.

If you need to meet a certain deadline or need expedited shipping, I may be able to accommodate your request. Please send us a convo.

An adult signature will be required at the time of delivery for purchases of $500 and above.

High value packages ship with full insuranceand tracking.

A signature will be required upon delivery.

International Shipping

Standard - FedEx Shipping - 2-3 Business Day Delivery

Important note for international buyers:

You may be required to pay VAT/Import and Clearance fees before your package is delivered. We are not responsible for any such fees.

Please contact us immediately if you believe that your package was lost in transit.

For domestic orders: if your order is marked as “delivered” and you have not received your package, we can remake your order with payment of a replacement fee.

Please note that some packages may require signature confirmation, so please contact your postal service to ensure that they are not holding the package.

For international orders: we are required 45 days to file insurance claims for international orders due to customs checks.

Insurance claims are time sensitive. Any claims must be made within 90 days of the original shipment date.

Layaway

We are happy to extend a layaway option to customers that wish to pay in installments. Please contact us if you would like to set up a layaway plan.

All layaway orders are subject to the following:

• A non-refundable deposit of 35%
• The customer is obligated to track payment progress
• Full payment is required before made to order jewelry production can begin
• Full payment is required before items are shipped
• All items purchased through this program are considered final sale
• Plans showing no payment progress within 6 months are subject to forfeit and items will be taken off hold

Layaway payments and shipping and rush fees are not eligible for refund.

These exquisite petite ruby earrings are absolutely gorgeous and bought by my husband who knows very little about what "huggies" mean when purchased. He was expecting larger hoops and realized when opened they are tiny for my fingers. It would be nice to have an actual contact telephone number rather than the web based Zendesk as it is not the most customer friendly. Through a different way of communicating, believe on Etsy, Ferko responded immediately to provide me with what was needed to return the item. I am excited to know of this vendor as their jewelry is gorgeous and will be purchasing in the future ( I actually have things on my list for the future in my cart I hope my husband sees for Valentines day). I also cannot wait to refer Ferkos to others (my former employer is based out of Clifton, NJ).

These dainty little earrings are beautifully made. Their clasp is sturdy and the setting is high quality. The color of the rubies is vivid and can look either magenta with pink toned attire or red when next to red attire, so they are versatile. The shipping was very quick and the packaging is gorgeous, which is wonderful because these are a gift for my sister. They are small but sweet, and worth the money because of the quality.
