Introducing our personalized Keepsake Baby Plate, measuring 7 1/2". This special plate undergoes kiln firing at 1500 degrees, ensuring that the detailed information about the birth of a baby is permanently recorded. The plate is customized with the child's first name beautifully displayed on the crib, the birth date and place of birth marked on the wall calendar, the birth weight depicted on the scale, and the time of birth showcased on the wall clock.

For an added personal touch, you have the option to include a message on the back of the plate. The message will be written on a card and securely taped to the back of the plate.

It's worth mentioning that this keepsake holds a special place in my heart, as I still have the plate given to me by my own doctor when I was born over 50 years ago.

The Keepsake Baby Plate is available in both pink and blue, allowing you to choose the color that suits your preference. Please note that the name on the plate is limited to 14 characters, and the weight should be in whole numbers. For example, 7 lbs. 8.5 oz. is not acceptable, but please round up or down to 7 lbs. 9 oz. or 7 lbs. 8 oz. if the weight includes a fraction.
