When ordering, select the express delivery option and add your mobile number in the notes section. A mobile phone number is required for express delivery so that the courier can contact you before delivery.

Delivery times are approximate and may vary from time to time due to seasonality, postal strikes and other reasons that cannot be predicted in advance.

If the order is returned back to us as unclaimed*, we contact the buyer and ask about the next steps - we can cancel the order ar we can ship it one more time.

Reshipping costs 10 EUR.

* Unclaimed means the item was not accepted and was not picked up at the destination post office.

Buyer can return and item within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs. An item must be returned in its original condition.

All Sunny Kitchen Boutique kitchen and home textiles can be made in custom sizes. If you need other size or have any other questions, please contact us by Etsy conversation message.

- Wash with similar colours up to 40°C;
- Do not bleach;
- Iron inside out on medium heat with steam, best while slightly damp;
- Do not tumble-dry; best drip flat dry in the shade.

The color of the linen items may vary slightly due to different computer monitor settings. If color (or the shade of color) is really important, please order set of linen fabric samples at first.

Each new fabric lot (roll) can have a slightly different color shade. If you need a set of matching items, we highly recomment to order all the linen items in one purchase.
