If you would like to make a return, just contac me within 14 days of reciiving your package.Then you must ship your package back to me at your expense.
All yewelry must returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Yneda jewels has the right to deny a returns is the yewelry returned does not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsibile for return shipping cost as well as item lost damaged.
For returns of items, the money will be returned once we have the item returned by you.
I carefully inspect all of my pieces before they leave the factory. I fever an item arrives damaged, it must, please, reported to me inmediately, in 24 hours.

I do accept any package which integrity has been compromised or shows clear signs of having been opened and resealed. Note that the only authority allowed to open the package during the transit is local custom.
All packages opened by local custom will be sealed with corresponding stamp of the company.

I will not offer a refund if a package is returned for the following reasons:
-The adress provided by you was not corret.
-The packaged is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.
I will offer the possibility to have the package reshipped once the yewelry has been sent back to me. In that case, I will send you a messagfe to confirm the shipping adress and you will need to pay a reshipping before sendingthe package again.

All the orders will be shipped to the shipping adress supplied through your Etsy order. PLEASE CHEK THIS ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE FINISHING YOUR CHEK OUT Yneda Jewels is not responsibile for packages shipped to wrong adderesses. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct prior to finish the purchase.

Yneda Jewels will do everything possible to meet these deadlines, but they are not guaranted, before or after Cristmas there are always delays in the mail.
International mail is affected for several reasons, we can not resolve cases of delays in delivery, befero 30 days from the date of shipment, once the order is sent, transit times and delivery times are out control. Order are sent by urgent certified mail.
