My 'Scandi' greeting card designs are inspired by travels to Denmark and Norway; drawing inspiration from Scandinavian folk art along the way. The bold colours of contemporary Scandinavian graphics have influenced my colour palette. My illustrations aim to capture the beauty of nature using botanical elements that have become a feature of my work.

I am a graphic designer and illustrator based on the Isle of Wight in the UK. Working from my home studio overlooking the Solent, I specialise in producing bespoke wedding and personal stationery that has been delivered to customers around the world. My card designs have developed from a style that I have gradually developed over recent years.

Wherever possible I use environmentally friendly processes and my packaging is all recyclable. Greetings cards are carefully posted in a card and envelope.

The couple of squirrel cards ordered from Paper Pleasures were beautifully printed and designed. The card was high quality. posted in robust packaging and delicate tissue for presentation. There were some lovely extras including artistic tags and pretty stickers. The artist, Kathy Pilcher, changed an item at short notice which l had ordered in error. She immediately replaced it with the one l wanted. Superb cards and excellent service from Kathy Pilcher at Paper Pleasures
