You have up to 30 days to return the item for a refund after receiving it. Please message us on Etsy to acquire a paid label before sending it back. This ring turned out gorgeous! The seller was patient with me as I ran around getting exact measurements for my engagement ring to customize the item to fit perfectly. I am sad to be taking it off until my actual wedding and wish I could just start wearing it now!
