Hoya Pubicalyx is a perennial climber. This is a native of the Philippines. Its leaves tend to show patches of silvery variegation, and depending on the light it receives, the stems can take on shades of purple. Its growth habitat can be epiphytic or terrestrial. It is easy to grow and will grow beautifully when climbing trusses. Depending on the climate and the cultivation, star-shaped branches of flowers will embellish the vine from spring to autumn.
The Hoya pubicalyx 'Royal Hawaiian Purple' has red/purple leaves that turn green with age, and each leaf has white speckles. This plant makes a wonderful low-light houseplant.

**When buying a tropical plant, we recommend checking your weather before ordering. We are not responsible for tropical plants sent to cold climates.❄️❄️
*Please ensure you are home to receive the plant at the time of delivery, unbox immediately upon arrival, and provide water and low stress. Sometimes may take several days for a plant to rebound from the extremely stressful conditions.
** Please, when purchasing this plant, keep it in its original pot for four weeks before being repowered. Plants suffer from transport stress as well as changing environments. As a result, they need time to recover and adjust, and repotting will cause unnecessary excess stress. Please also take care not to leave it soaked; sometimes, we sin by being too careful! It is very difficult to assess situations if you send me a message saying that the plant is not doing well when it has been depowered, and the roots have been disturbed and overheated.
*Most plants sold here are from a personal collection and have been grown with love and attention. We hope you love them as much as we do!
*I pack plants as well as I can; however, it is never a guarantee. Some leaf yellowing or dropping/breakage may happen in the shipping, as shipping is very stressful for plants.
*Our boxes are only posted at the beginning of the week (Monday to Wednesday), so we guarantee that the plants will not be on a shelf at the weekend.
***If you receive your order in poor condition, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your shipment with photos of the issue, and we will be happy to help you. We will not replace any items after this time as we cannot control the growing conditions.
