All items are shipped within 2-4 business days from the purchase date.Custom orders are made within 2-4 day, depending on the order.
Shipping from Bulgaria and the time for delivery outside Europe usually takes 10-20 days(to 40 days for Australia) and in Europe usually 7-15 days. Please note that delivery may take longer during busy periods like Christmas .

If you want to cancel a transaction please make sure to let me know as soon as possible before the order is shipped.
*All orders are shipped with registered priority mail. This shipping method provides a tracking number.

RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted in 5 days of receiving the goods. Please let me know before you send an item back. The item should be unused in its original packaging. The shipping cost for the returning is covered by You. Refund will be made as soon as the package is received and checked for any damage. Only the item's value will be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable !!!

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If your package returns to me I can offer you a resend or the transaction can be cancelled.
In case of resend - The shipping cost is covered by You.
Cancelling the transaction - refund of the item's value will be made without the shipping cost.

LOST PACKAGES
If a package get lost in the mail resend or refund will be made. A package is considered as lost in 50 days of the shipping date.

DAMAGED ITEM
If you receive a damaged item please contact me so we can arrange resend or refund.

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED DUE TO MISREADING THE ITEM'S DESCRIPTION (regarding colour, size etc.)
