I ship all items via the Poczta Polska service (priority registered mail). Shipping does not include any extras like insurance, tracking, or confirmation of delivery. But, if you want any of them, you can include the cost and it will be added.
After payment is received, all orders are send within 1-3 days (business days only) to your Etsy address.

Purchased items are secured by bubble wrap and packed in air envelopes or boxes. Upon receipt, please check if the packaging is not damaged.

I ship my jewelry from Poland, Europe. It usually takes about 10-20 business days for overseas orders (US, Canada), about 5-8 business days for European orders and 14 - 21 business days to other countries depending on your location to be completed. The estimated delivery date is estimated only, and is not guaranteed.

Please note that shipping can take longer due to national and regional holidays and some unexpected incidents which are not in my control.

In case of the long delivery time shipping please contact me. Complaints about non-delivery shipment before I apply after a period of 14 working days from the date of its posting.

The buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. I ship to your etsy address unless you specify otherwise. I will not be held responsible for shipments that have been misdirected due to incorrect address entry.

If you wish to use a different alternative (such as: express mail, Insurance, signature confirmation), please ask me to give you total cost of such shipping.

When I offer free shipping it means that the product will be sent by registered shipment with the lowest price.
