Orders consisting of only flat paper items are dispatched with standard letter post and are untracked + uninsured by default. The customer accepts full responsibility for any lost, damaged or delayed mail and understands that we are not obligated to replace or reimburse anything if it has been sent without tracking.

For shipments with full tracking have not been marked as delivered 7 days after the expected date, please contact us for a replacement (limit 1 per order). Please note that this policy does not extend to orders that have sustained damage due to postal services and/or other factors out of our control.

Canadian customers can purchase the tracking upgrade at checkout. For a more accurate shipping quote, please inquire!

Orders are dispatched once or twice a week. For shipping dates that fall on a holiday, we will dispatch the next available business day.

Order cutoff times are 18:00 EST (GMT -5). Any order after this point will be considered to be placed on next day and therefore will be dispatched on the next available shipping day.

Please allow a minimum of 12 hours between ordering and shipping.

All stickers are intended for use on dry, flat surfaces (indoors) only. They have not been tested for prolonged exposure to moisture, wear and tear and/or environmental conditions including (but not limited to) chemicals and UV light.

Our sticker flakes (die-cut singles) are partially water resistant, however we do not recommend wet applications such as on water bottles.

Some acrylic items may come with a thin protective film on one or more sides that should be removed prior to display!

While our acrylic products (like keychains) can be hung on personal apparel and taken outside, we recommend displaying them indoors only. Please take care to keep acrylic items away from abrasives, chemicals and heat.

We make every effort to package our orders with curbside recyclable materials such as paper.

Please note that some shipments do require the use of some non-recyclable material, but rest assured that we always make a conscious effort to minimize the use of these materials. We aim to re-use any non-recyclable packaging as much as possible!

By extension, paper invoices are not included unless requested via direct message (free of charge), with the exception of some international countries where taxes have been collected by Etsy.

We have set up our shipping profiles to service the most popular countries recommended by Etsy. However, if your country is not part of the list, you can always reach out to us to request a custom shipping quote :)

Lanyards are printed on polyester using heat sublimation technology. We recommend gentle hand washing in warm or cold water with some mild soap. Please keep away from heat sources such as irons and please do not machine wash / dry.
