All Lost Apostle jewelry is protected against tarnishing and holds up beautifully with normal wear. It's always a good idea however to remove any jewelry before swimming and exercising, and to avoid contact with chemicals and perfumes as much as possible. Because nothing says I Love You like a hand grenade necklace.

First used by the Byzantine Romans over a thousand years ago, grenades (from the French word for "pomegranates" - the two kinda look pretty similar) have been wreaking havoc ever since. Meticulously detailed, this is an exact replica of a modern grenade - the only bang this one will make is when your friend's jaw hits the floor when they see it.

Not including the jump ring, the grenade measures 27mm high and 14mm across its widest point. And made from solid bronze, it has a fantastic weight to it too.

Carved entirely by hand, cast in the finest jewelers bronze, and then polished to a mirror finish. The grenade is then thickly silver plated, and finally given a patina to create a great aged look and feel.

The grenade comes on your choice of chain or leather - all leather necklaces are adjustable and come with our signature Lost Apostle clasp (shown in the last photo).

Handle with care if you like, handle with no care if you'd rather.
