Many items such as fabrics and workshop supplies can be purchased in large quantities. Do not hesitate to request a quote for a wholesale price.

You can ask for a custom order, contact me and ask for what you want and I will reply as soon as possible.

The items in the shop are presented with a standard for unity and quantity. Don't hesitate to ask what you want for your need.

Examples:
1. You want to have fat quarters of several fabrics sold by the yard only, just note the number of the fabric and ask me to have a custom order.

2. You want to have an item in a different color than those offered, contact me to know if I can have this color for you.

3. You are looking for an item in the same category which is offered in the shop and can not find it. Contact me, it will be a pleasure to do a search for what you want.

If you need to receive your purchase fastest than regular shipping service or want to have a tracking number, you can choose an upgraded service for the shipping. Your phone number is needed for those services.

It is possible that the addition of more than one item in your cart may grow the shipping fees. All shipping charges overpaid will be refunded. If you wish to confirm a delivery price before making your purchase, do not hesitate to contact me.

If you find that your delivery address is not the right one, you must contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to accommodate you. As soon as your order is no longer in my hands, I cannot intervene.
It is your responsibility to have your package picked up at the address or post office where your package was sent. Please contact the post office to find out how to pick up your package.
A BIRD ON MY HEAD is not responsible for address errors.
If you do not pick up your package, it will be returned to me for a return charge. When I receive it, I will refund the value of the order less shipping and return costs.

If you do not receive your package, check
- the address provided for delivery, if it is not the correct one, see Address error.
- the delivery time for the service you have chosen. The times mentioned are for information only and are not guaranteed. Several factors can slow delivery, including customs. Be patient, usually, the package ends up arriving.
Standard delivery does not have a registration number. Without a number, I cannot know where your package is. The package is no longer my responsibility when delivered to the post office or carrier.
NO REFUNDS will be made for undelivered packages. If you want to make sure you receive your package, use Tracked Delivery.
