Handcrafted wood items are as unique as the people that buy them. While no two items are alike, I do try to produce a reasonable facsimile of that pictured in the product listing.

I do a lot of variations when requested. Simple variations include a specific wood type, lighter or darker wood, requested grain patterns, etc. While I predominately work with oak and maple, I am often asked to produce items made from cherry, mahogany, and even some more exotic hardwoods. I also customize the majority of these designs, including dimensional changes or customer specific design requests. In these instances I develop detailed drawings that are then used to specifically define the piece before construction begins.

These items are generally bought as gifts for others, and we design all of our packaging with that in mind. Gift wrapping is available for all items, as well as personalized inserts from the artist. Pricing varies based on the piece and the quantities - inquire at time of order.

Yes, every item offers a lifetime guarantee. If the product fails during normal use we will repair or replace it free of charge.

For items where I hold hardwood inventory, it normally take between 3-4 weeks to process and ship an order. For larger items I generally do not stock the wood. I generally select and purchase the wood for these larger items at the time of sale. Depending on the size and complexity of the piece, the large items can take from 6-12 weeks to process and ship. Excluding the largest of pieces, the basic North American shipping times are generally about a week. European shipping times are generally about 2 weeks.

I will accept returns of any standard item, but there is a 25% restocking fee and the customer must pay all shipping and/or freight charges. Any custom designed item, or standard item that has been customized in any way, may not be returned. If for any reason you are not pleased with your item please contact me immediately so that we attempt to resolve any issues.
