•My Orders are delivered by airmail, which is Landmark, DHL for EU customers or rest world, USPS, FedEx, DHL for US custmers, and you are provided with a tracking number for tracking parcels.

• The item will be delivered to the address you have stated on Etsy. If your purchase is intended to be send as a gift, please leave delivery address and desired message.

•Please check the accuracy of the address indicated in your order.If you have indicated an incorrect or incomplete address, the carrier will bill us for forwarding.In this case, the invoice will be redirected to the buyer

•Since all the clothes in our store are made individually for each client. For the best fit, we recommend that our customers write us their measurements.
After placing the order, the buyer receives a letter with a request to send a list of necessary measures (If the buyer did not do this himself in the comments when placed the order)
If within 3 days the buyer does not respond and not report the measurements, the order will be sewn in accordance with the size table in the listing. Since we need to make and send the order on time in accordance with the established time for processing the order and timely delivery to the buyer
In this case, if the clothes will not fit you in size, claims for return or refund will not be accepted.

All clothing and accessories, are handmade items.All items are made for each client personally, after placing an order.

Cancellation is accepted within 2 hours of purchase. If you want to cancel your order, we will refund your funds in full amount. Upon expiration of 2 hours after ordering, we will proceed to its production and if you want to cancel, the amount will be refunded except for the commission 10% for accessories, and 20% for sewing items (This is a payment for the materials(fabric) that will be used to make your order)

• Especially for our customers we offer FAST DELIVERY around the World. Delivery time is from 3-10 working days. In the order, please specify the complete data for sending and mobile phone. You can track the next day after sending. The duration of delivery can be affected by weather conditions, holidays, pay attention to it.

⚠️ The item price does not include any import duties into your country. Items under € 150 or £ 130 will be tax deductible at checkout. You can see the amount in the basket. For items over this value, duty will be charged upon arrival in your country prior to receiving the package. Please check with your country's customs office for details before placing an order.
