Please check your name/initial letters on the font picture. (This is especially important for initials.) See if your item has a place for a name/word or just initial. Etsy now has a little box you enter this as you purchase. If you aren't personalizing, just enter "none". If you have any questions about the length or switching from initial to name (or vice versa) just convo me.

2-13 days. (1-7 to make it and 1-6 to ship) Contact me if you need it faster, I can usually accomodate these requests. Technically, I can't guarantee USPS priority mail, but I have never had a problem.

Order different items (colors/names/initials) by adding to your shopping cart one at a time. This way you can specify info on each one.

Alternatively, you can order them by choosing the quantity and spelling out all info in the Note to Seller box.

It's possible on many designs. Contact me if you need a special color combo. Depending on how complicated it is, and how many you are ordering, it may be free to a few dollars extra.

My art is printed when ordered, so I do not offer refunds or returns on prints that are shipped. Of course, if there is a defect or flaw, please contact me, and I will make it right.
Although I go to great lengths to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, should it arrive damaged, just send me a picture of the damaged item(s), and I’ll send you new ones of the same art at no cost to you.
