Each item may have a different processing time, which is listed under the “Shipping & Policies” tab, under the picture. I do my best to ship as promptly as I can. At checkout, you are able to choose either First Class, Priority, or Priority Express shipping. These shipping options will effect the actual shipping speed, not the time it takes me to make your item.

When possible, I do offer a RUSH service, for an added fee. This service is only available to orders shipping to the US, and it ONLY guarantees that I will ship in the timeframe that it promises. I CANNOT promise that the USPS will deliver on time. All RUSH orders must be pre-approved by me, via Etsy Convo.

There will be a personalization box on the listing page to enter your text, or you can use the box at checkout, labeled “Add an optional note to the seller”.

If you mark the order as a gift, you are given the option to type in a note, and it will be printed out and included with the order.

Items are shipped to the address you provided at the time of your order via Etsy. If sending as a gift please change the address in Etsy AND Paypal. If you forgot to do this, please contact me immediately, but if I do not see the message before I print the shipping label, I will not be able to make the change. Also, because the address in the system cannot be edited until I actually print the postage, there is a chance that I may forget to change it, even if we have communicated about the change. Because of this, I would rather cancel an order, and have you reorder with the correct address. If you do not, you run the risk of having your order sent to the wrong address, and you will be charged to reship.

All items are shipped First Class Mail via USPS, unless an upgrade to Priority or Priority Express is selected at checkout. Once an order ships, we are not responsible for items lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected by the postal service. However if you ever encounter a delivery issue please let us know ASAP so we can help track it down!

If a package is returned back to us for insufficient address the buyer is responsible for reshipping fees and must provide an alternate shipping address.
