Our table runners can machine washed on a delicate cycle with cold water to avoid warping, laid flat to dry and then ironed on low cotton setting to avoid burning or warping. Toys can also be machine washed on a delicate cycle in a delicates bag, and tumble dried on a cool or low heat until just damp; reshape if necessary while damp and then air dry. Spot cleaning is recommended for stuffed animals when possible. Please reach out to me with any specific questions! :)

We accept custom and personalized orders for most items, but we request that you contact the shop owner before making any purchases which you would like personalized. We do our best to offer as much to our customers as possible, but sometimes personalizing an item is just not possible.

We do offer some wholesale opportunities for those looking to buy in bulk for an upcoming occasion. For example, we can accommodate favor orders for birthday parties and baby showers. Just be sure to contact us at least a month in advance of the occasion so we can discuss details, complete the order, and get it to you on time!

At this time we do not offer gift wrapping. Many items are sent out in plastic sleeve envelopes to reduce the cost of shipping so that we can pass on any savings to you! More delicate items are packaged carefully with bubble wrap and boxed to ensure your package gets to you in perfect condition!
