Canadian Standard Shipping - Standard Shipping does NOT include tracking. If you require tracking and shipping insurance please choose a shipping upgrade during checkout.

US Standard Shipping - All US orders are shipped using Stallion Express via USPS First Class Mail with tracking and insurance included. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking to update. Tracking will update as soon as USPS has their first scan.

International - All international orders are sent via Stallion Express tracked and insured.

Please contact the carrier first with any concerns once shipped as this will expedite correcting any potentially lost or delayed parcels.

Stamp Out Loud fully follows Etsy’s communication policies. As a seller, we are advised to ONLY hold conversations with customers through the Etsy messenger tool. Please be advised that personal emails will not be received or responded to. All communication MUST be held through the Etsy platform.

Hand stamping is the art of hammering letters/designs into metal one by one by hand using metal dies. Each letter or design is hammered into the metal individually, which lends a beautiful hand made quality to each piece. This process allows for small variations in design, depth, and placement so no two pieces will ever be identical. These are not engraved.

1. Wash tag with mild soap and warm water.
2. If your letters have faded, darken them using a regular black Sharpie marker. Colour over the entire area, then wipe away using a paper towel.
3. Use fine grit steel wool or a 4-sided nail buffer to remove any excess permanent marker as well as any patina you’re looking to clean off.
4. Allow to dry completely before reattaching.

This process can be done as often as you’d like without affecting the life of your tag.

•Hypoallergenic Aluminum Tags (Silver) are made from 12 gauge hypoallergenic/food grade solid aluminum - does not tarnish

•Brass Tags (Gold) are made from 14 gauge solid brass - will eventually tarnish

•Copper Tags (Rose Gold) are made from 14 gauge solid copper - will eventually tarnish

All 3 options are very easy to clean and maintain to ensure a long lasting, beautiful tag. Please refer to care instructions for cleaning and maintenance.

As each item is made to order and most often personalized, returns and exchanges are not possible unless we have made an error on your order. Please reach out with any concerns and we will work with you on a possible resolution.

Standard turn around time in this shop is 2-3 weeks, but will fluctuate depending on the season. Shop announcements will show the current turn around window and you will always have the ability to view the estimated ship date on your shopping cart screen prior to placing an order. You can also view the estimated ship and arrival date by looking in the section of your profile titled “Purchases and Reviews”.

As each item is hand made by one artist, this turn around time allows for the proper care and attention to be given to each and every order.

International shipments (those being sent outside of Canada or the USA) will need to be processed through the receiver's customs office in their country. Each country has their own customs fee practices, though not all packages will incur fees once they pass through customs. This is not something that I, or any seller, have any knowledge of or control over in any way. This is solely based on your country's customs practices. I will have no way of knowing ahead of time whether a package will incur fees, or what those fees may be. Please consider researching your country's import policies.
