Once upon a time sign is a great addition to any reading corner, book nook. Perfect for kids rooms and babies nursery as well as adult book corners.

I aim to post these as soon as possible. It may be the next day after an order comes through if I am up to date with all my projects. Sometimes it may take up to 3 days for me to post . But please allow for up to two weeks .

Delivery
Every order is shipped within the time frame given (most of the time is is 1-3 business days) and tracked. Tracking number is added to every order after shipping. Please keep an eye on it . If you are not home when the parcel arrives, it may have to be picked up from the local post office. Usually a card is left in your mailbox . If the card is not left and the package is waiting at the post office , you can pick it up providing them with your tracking number.
Unpicked packages wait at the post office around 2 weeks and then they get sent back to me .
There is a fee I get charged every time I have a returned package ($1.70 / £1.40).

Packages that don’t get collected from the post office and packages that get sent to wrong / incomplete addresses given by customers will be shipped out again at an extra cost that includes the fee mentioned above.

Please be reminded that estimated delivery is set based on previous experience but there may be delays (not from my part ) due to busy periods/ strikes etc that I cannot control
