Ingredients: Pure Fair Trade and Organic Cocoa, Organic Cocoa Butter,
Cinnamon, Ginger, Cardamom, Cayenne, Clove, Nutmeg, Maca, Sea Salt.

One heart corresponds to a ceremonial portion of approximately 40g.

Direction: On low heat, heat a cup of milk of your choice
Add a heart and a teaspoon of maple syrup/honey of your choice.
Melt and mix until you obtain a smooth and uniform texture.
Place an intention in the drink and enjoy with all your senses.
