Q. What is your turn around time?
A. Usually I have many orders at one time so I do ask for UP TO 3 WEEKS to have the time to order the shoes, work on them in order received and drop them off with USPS.

Q. Do you do returns?
A. Since products are hand made and custom designed, there will be no returns, exchanges or refunds. Please be sure of sizing before ordering.

Q. Can you paint other characters?
A. Definitely! Message me beforehand for a custom listing!

Q. Can I send you my own shoes?
A. As long as they're not used, definitely!
