Honestly, the product page should be more clear in that the wood color greatly varies from the photos. I understand slightly off, but my cup was 10x darker than what was shown. This detail is hidden deep in the details section. Their customer service unfortunately couldn't communicate in the same language and couldn't understand what they were proposing, though it sounded like they believed they had no fault.
