I received the first of four 6mm 20' necklaces and thought they were too big as they would be gifts to my mother, FMIL, and wedding party. When I messaged the shop, Anthony responded and let me know they could cancel my 6mm and ship the 4mm since they still needed to send me 3 more. Great customer service for being able to adjust when I didn't like the size in person. When I received the other 3 4mm necklaces, they looked way better in size for the gifts.
