then of course I will rectify the problem immediately! However, if there is an issue I must be notified and receive a photo of the item within 5 days of receipt. If a return is required, your item must be returned in its original condition with the original packaging (post marked within 10 days of original receipt of the item).

Once an order has shipped, it is no longer the responsibility of Keepsakes By Lisa. This means I am not responsible for items lost, stolen, damaged, delayed or misdirected by the postal service. I highly recommend purchasing insurance with signature required during checkout.

Notify me immediately. If missing; a claim can be filed after the package has been missing for 20 days (must be filed within 60 days of shipment). For damaged items; I will need photos of the item along with the packaging. Keep the packaging and the item in case the Postal Service requires it to be brought in for inspection.
Once a claim has been settled and paid to Keepsakes by Lisa, I will either replace the item or apply the credit to your order.
