My jewelry is often referred to as "wearable art". I have an eye for pairing breathtaking colors...from soothing semi precious gemstones...to the beautiful and dimensional Murano glass lampwork with Czech glass and Swarovski crystals.
Susan Helene Designs evolved in September 2007 from an interest in antiques and spirituality (an interesting mix). Transitioning from hunting for antiques to beads was easy and fun. In both cases, half the enjoyment was discovering something that aroused a passion in me. I would then take it one step further designing jewelry from my findings and see them mesh into funky yet regal earrings, necklaces and bracelets. At the same time, stemming from a yoga practice grew my interest in the healing properties of semi-precious stones... and yoga inspired jewelry evolved.
