Whilst I am based in the UK t-shirt orders are sent from my supplier in the US or UK, dependent on delivery address.
Items are generally printed and dispatched between 5-7 working days (please check individual times on listing as this is subject to change during busy periods). Items will be sent to the address as per Etsy, please ensure this is correct. Once shipped, orders can not be cancelled.
US t-shirt orders are sent via USPS First Class
UK t-shirt order are sent through Royal Mail

Snapbacks and trucker hats are made to order and dispatched from my supplier who has multiple shipping locations around the globe. This ensures quicker delivery regardless of your location. Caps are sent tracked and usually dispatched within 7 working days.

Tracked upgrades are available, this is not default.
You are responsible for any import fees or tax you may encounter upon receipt of goods. This will vary depending on your country.
Privacy
When you place an order with me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Etsy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Etsy, I will receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Etsy to comply with my obligations.
• With my business partner (for custom t-shirt orders only, specifically name and postal address).
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted.

Frequently asked questions
Do you accept returns or exchanges on clothing or caps?
Unfortunately not. Clothing and caps are custom made to order.
Due to this, refunds are not issued for clothing if you have given the wrong address or simply chosen the wrong size or colour. Please be mindful when placing your order so that details are correct. If you are unsure of sizes please use the measurements guide within the listings.

T-shirt sizing and brand info can be found within the images for each listing.

All t-shirt orders are shipped from either my supplier in The United States or UK, dependent on delivery address. Generally orders are printed and dispatched within 5-7 working days but please check info below the item description for an accurate processing time.
US t-shirt orders are sent via USPS First Class.
UK t-shirt order are sent through Royal Mail.
Upgraded shipping is available but this can be expensive, please get in touch if you would like a quote.

Caps are made to order and dispatched from my supplier who has several shipping locations around the globe. This ensures a quicker delivery regardless of where you are located. Their locations are : North Carolina (USA), California (USA), Mexico and Latvia.
Caps are generally dispatched within 7 working days but please check info below the item description for an accurate processing time.
How are your t-shirts printed?
Designs are printed using a premium DTG (direct to garment) process.
My prints are superior to many other companies that use this process - often because they are very cheap with ink coverage and this often shows.
Colours and details are captured well although colours may differ slightly to what you see on screen. This is to be expected due to monitor settings and viewing the design on a lit screen.
All designs are printed from original, high resolution art files.
