Frequently asked questions

Care instructions

For successful machine embroidery sew outs, please follow these industry standard suggestions.

1) Clean and oil machine prior to starting.
2) Use a new needle (I use size is 80/12 Sharp by Brewer)
3) Slowed machine down if it is a dense design. I typically slow my machine to about 30% if dense).
4) Use an iron on stabilizer to stabilize the fabric you will be sewing on. I typically test my designs on Muslin prior to loading into the hoop tightly.
5) NEVER resize design, it can offer unpredictable results.
6) Make sure you use quality fabrics, threads, stabilizers, needles etc. There are many articles on this.
