Please be aware the items from my shop are made from wood. There are imperfections, knots, wood grain, etc in each piece. Items will not be returned or remade because you do not like the way the wood looks on your finished product. Each item is sanded smooth before painting to ensure the best quality is being sent out with each order.

During the Flu and Cold Season- I am the sole operator, so only one person is handling your order from start to finish. We want to assure you that every precaution is being taken to ensure health and safety with every order. RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Due to all items being personalized we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there are any issues with your order we must have photo proof and notify us through a message within 24 hours of your delivery and we will be happy to help resolve the problem.

Shipping:
All our packages are shipped through USPS and once your packaged has been shipped you will receive an email notifying you of your tracking number.

If for some reason a package is sent back, you will re-pay the shipping costs to reship back to you if the error is on the customers end.

Please remember to type your address carefully and to double check spelling to avoid errors in shipment.
