All good and as described. Loved it!!

Never received item, sent message to seller with no response. After a few days I opened a complaint with Etsy and was immediately refunded. If seller is no longer maintaining the shop they should put it in hiatus instead of continuing to take orders/ money from patrons and not supplying the items paid for. I ordered despite the rash of recent 1 star reviews because there were previously only quality things said about shop and I was hoping it was just sour customers. However I have had the same experience and I have NEVER left a negative review on Etsy before!

Never received the item. No help from Etsy after numerous attempts. No communication from the seller after numerous attempts.

I ordered this and never received it. I messaged the seller and they never responded. When I tried "Help with order," I still never received a response. Etsy says in regards to the "Help with order" option: "We encourage sellers to respond to your help request within 48 hours. If you need more help after that, you can come back here on your order’s estimated delivery date to open a case with Etsy." The "Open a case" was never an option for me to select and has always been disabled. I made this purchase prior to the additional 1 star reviews about not receiving their order and just saw I could now finally make a review. Agreed with another purchaser, if the shop is no longer in business, it needs to be closed by Etsy. It's a waste of time and money.

I never received this item nor can I get in contact with the shop owner. Etsy, please shut this shop down if the owner is incapable of keeping up with their business. It's extremely misleading for them to appear open for business when clearly they are just wasting everybody's time.

It never shipped, I never received it. The form never let me contact the seller and Etsy customer service never followed up with my concerns.
