How does postage work?
Patterns are posted from Edinburgh, UK, using the Royal Mail service that delivers worldwide. Standard (not tracked) postage is free in the UK, £2 to the EU, £3 to South Africa and £6.80 to the rest of the world.
IMPORTANT! We do not send by courier, so please provide a postal address. Standard delivery does not include a tracking number.
When do you post orders?
We will send your pattern within 1–3 business days of your order. And we'll let you know when it's been sent!
How long will it take to arrive?
All our orders are posted through Royal Mail, which takes a day for delivery within the UK, and 7 to 14 working days internationally. Orders can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. If you need your order urgently, please get in touch to arrange expedited shipping via courier.
What about missing or damaged goods?
We can't take responsibility for patterns damaged in transit, but if damaged goods are supplied by us, they will be replaced.
All orders are sent in good faith via the postal system, unfortunately we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen goods.
