5 out of 5 starsWhat beautiful work and an amazing experience with this artist! I messaged her on Facebook because I was a little confused on how custom orders work. She was quick to respond. She was so sweet and patient with me and my indecisiveness. I told her I would like to purchase multiple sets of coasters for presents and myself. She gladly gave me all the information I needed to know and on top of that made it very easy by making a new listing on Etsy to add to cart and check out with ease. And for an added bonus what would have been way over budget, she offered me a bulk discounted price especially for me. Plus I live local so saved on shipping too! I am so happy and so are my friends and family. These were the perfect gifts for everyone and myself! Definitely recommend!!! :) Thank you again!!! :)

How to purchase a custom piece?
You want to order a custom piece of art? Great!
Start by clicking on the custom painting/coaster listing. Now it is time to think about what size you want and where you are putting this piece. Once you have that information, you can purchase a custom piece. In the drop box on the listing, pick the size you want and the finish you want. Add to cart and checkout!
It's that easy!
Once I receive your order, look forward to a message on Etsy to talk more in-depth with what technique and colors you are looking for. And we will go over all the details and discuss the time frame depending on your piece(s). Before shipping and sometimes even before the paint drys, we get your approval. If we don't get approval, don't worry we will!
What if I don't like my artwork?
For all non-custom artwork: If you don't like your piece in person, don't worry! Contact me right away and we will figure something out!
For all custom artwork: we get approval before shipping.
Can I return or exchange something?
Yes! We have a 3-14 day return policy, which means you must contact me within 3 days after delivery to request a return/exchange and we must receive the item within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. To start a return/exchange: email us at Allheartwork@gmail.com. Keep in mind you must cover return/exchange shipping and other expenses.
Custom pieces are not accepted. (These are always approved by you before shipping it off)
